Versiunea în română: Politica de confidențialitate
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy explains what data we process when you visit runcloud.ai or contact us, why we process it, and what rights you have. We tried to write it in plain language.
The data controller is RUNCLOUD EUROPE SRL (“we”), with its registered office in Brașov (Romania) and an office in Chișinău (Moldova), which operates the runcloud.ai website and the services presented on it.
The forms on the website (Schedule Demo and Contact) send the data you enter to our server, from where it reaches our team by email and internal work tools (for example messaging or a CRM), which act as processors. If sending fails, your email app opens with a pre-filled message. The website uses Google Analytics only with your consent (see below) and runs no advertising tools. Fonts are served from the same server, not from third parties.
Data may be accessed by providers that help us operate (for example hosting, email and work tools), acting as processors, and by accounting or legal advisers. We do not sell your data. We may disclose it to authorities only where the law requires it.
We have offices in Romania and in the Republic of Moldova, so data may be accessed from both countries. Where data reaches a country without a European Commission adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on it. To exercise them, write to contact@runcloud.ai. We reply within one month at most.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Romania, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro); in the Republic of Moldova, the national personal data protection authority.
We use Google Analytics 4 for statistics about how the website is used, only with your consent. Until you choose, no Google script loads and no cookies are set. If you accept, Google sets cookies (_ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) and receives data about your visit: pages viewed, duration, device and browser type, and country. Google Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, with possible transfers to Google LLC (USA), based on the safeguards provided by the GDPR. Basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. We do not use this data for advertising. If you click links to LinkedIn or kubernetes.md, you leave this website and the processing of your data is governed by those services’ policies.
Some blog pages embed YouTube videos (privacy-enhanced mode); when a page with a video loads, YouTube (Google) may receive technical data such as your IP address, and if you play the video it may set cookies. Fonts are served from our own server.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: limited access to data, encrypted connections and trusted providers.
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published here, with the date of the last update.
We use Google Analytics for statistics about how the website is used. It only turns on if you accept; until then no Google script loads and no cookies are set. Details in the Privacy Policy.
